Designations and certification that I have achieved through my extensive education, experience, and successful business results:

Only 3 percent of all REALTORS® are a CRS®. That is because only those that are dedicated to save you time and money when buying a home or increasing your profits when selling one can call themselves a CRS®. I have the most advanced professional training and market experience in residential real estate and I am a Certified Residential Specialist.

The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification (SFR®) provides the extensive framework and knowledge required for today's difficult market of Short sale and Foreclosure transactions.  From developing a short sale package to negotiating with lenders.  This certification provides the additional knowledge to protect my client's interest, both sellers and buyers.

Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR®) is a certification provided by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).  Through the completion of extensive education, NAR provides this certification to REALTORS® that complete this program in the home price analysis and valuations (BPOs) of residential properties.    REALTORS® with this certification have the abilities to provide detailed pricing and valuation reports to private sellers and buyers but at high quality level that is acceptable to financial institutions.

Certified HAFA Short Sale Specialist

Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialists (C-REPS®) are licensed and credentialed real estate agents and brokers. Like traditional agents, C-REPS are experts at marketing and selling or buying real estate.  C-REPS® are a level above, the have the extensive training and experience  in home price analysis and valuations (BPOs) for not only for their private seller and buyer clients,  but also for the financial institutions such as banks, lenders and mortgage servicers.   C-REPS® are also formally trained in pricing and valuation techniques and procedures which regular real estate agents don't get.   C-REPS have a more refined skill set and are more qualified.

e-PRO® is the only technology certification to be officially recognized, endorsed, and conferred by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
