My first contact with him, he the spent the time to explain what needs be done, how things work, and any fees that might be encountered in a manner which I understood (I never sold a house before).  Loyal, professional and Astute. First let me say I rarely do reviews, but I’ve known Larry about 14yrs; most would say I’m being bias because of our long rapport. However our rapport was many years (About 12yr) of just looking before we actually pinned a deal. So I’d have to add he’s very patient and commuted to you as well. Once we entered into our first contractual agreement it hasn’t stopped since. First he sold our home in Santa Monica, then a purchase in Riverside, we gave him a referral (which closed in a couple months successfully) and now we are embarking on a commercial deal soon.  Highly recommend!! Larry is very knowledgeable and explained the process from start to finish in a very clear and understandable way. He was able to work successfully within our limitations (young children and not wanting to do open houses).
